Orders are usually delivered within 5–6 working days. All items are made to order, so delivery time includes both production and shipping.

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with the courier. Any resolution, including replacement or refund, will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with UK consumer law.

Our StoryWe started ItsJustWords? out of frustration with overdesigned products. Too many graphics, too many concepts, too much explaining. We wanted to strip things back to the most basic element possible: language. No imagery, no logos, no visual noise. Just words.
That’s the whole idea. Everything we make is exactly what it looks like. Simple phrases, printed clearly, without decoration or interpretation. Many of our ideas come directly from our customers, who send us the words they think are worth putting on something. Whether it’s clothing, prints, or everyday objects, it’s basic by design. It’s just words, but sometimes that enough.
